Recently, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, led by Trauma Center of Excellence, collaborated with Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office from the Chiang Mai Municipality, conducted training exercises on evacuation and fire escape procedures, both in theory and practice, in a realistic training field. Focused on evacuation routes and methods for patients in the hospital’s buildings, this training is of utmost importance in assisting those who are able to help themselves at various levels to safely evacuate to assembly points, at which aimed reducing damage to the lives and bodies of patients and medical staff.
Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai attentively conducts annual basic fire extinguishing and evacuation training exercises to prepare for unexpected events, ensuring the readiness to deal with unforeseen circumstances and maintaining the safety of all lives.
