to ensure that you meet the basic criteria. To be a candidate for a custom LASIK procedure, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be over 18 and in good general health.
• Have stable vision for at least a year.
• Is bothered by wearing glasses or contact lenses at work and in daily activities. Patient is not be pregnant or nursing and is not be suffering from other corneal or ocular diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, severe dry eyes, or an illness that could affect wound healing such as lupus.
• Have a thorough understanding of the procedure, and realistic expectations.
