IPD WARD (6D) at Children’s Health Center, Bangkok Hospital, puts emphasis on room design specifically for children to ensure that your child will feel at home.  We not only considered about the convenience of service for children but also pay attention in every detail.    Each section is divided properly and furnished with selective furnitures and essential utilities.   Each room is decorated with signs and symbols that children love, such as balloons, clouds and popcorn boxes in pastel colors that are gentle on the eyes and give warmth and relaxing  feelings which are good for pediatric treatment.

• Our in – pateint room is designed to cover small children and young adults amid relaxing atmosphere.  There are many room types to cater the needs of each family, such as single room for a child, suite for a large family or families with twin, etc. 
• We provide equipments and facilities suitable for each child, such as blue high chair for boys and pink for girls, baby wash basin in the bathroom, etc.

• Activities area for children, such as round table in the play area, rocking chair, etc., to keep them relaxed during their stay in the hospital. 

• Our staff will be watching while your child enjoys driving a kid’s car to relax and nurture their mental health so they can get well soon. 

• Our pediatricians and pediatric specialist team specializing in allergies and asthma, skin, endocrine, gastrointestinal, neonatal disease, brain, child development, etc., are well-experienced and have expertise in diagnosing and planning proper treatment in every aspect for your child in order to get  satisfactory result.
• Teams of nurses and multidisciplinary staff work closely to care for your child as if they are members of your family.  They are ready to provide advice to parents and guardians to ensure that the child is strong and can return home quickly.

• If there is an emergency to your child regarding heart, cancer, or bone and joint, you can get immediate consulation from our specialists: Bangkok Heart Hospital for heart issues, Wattanosoth Cancer Hospital for cancer, and Bangkok International Hospital for bone and joint.  We work together as a team to ensure that your child gets the best care.
• In case of emergency and your child must be transferred, our Children’s Center is ready to immediately care for your child 24 hours with our pediatric specialists, nursing teams and multidiscipinary specialists teams so that your child can return to healthy life.
