- Services are available at Be Yourself Unit, Bangkok Mental Health Rehabilitation and Recovery Center, 4th floor, Chiva Transitional Care Hospital, Bangkok Hospital Headquarters (Soi Research Center) only. Monday and Wednesday from 09:00 – 17:00 hrs. Tuesday, Thursday to Friday, and Sunday from 09:00 – 20:00 hrs. Saturday from 09:00 – 19:00 hrs.
- This price is for Thai citizens and expatriates only.
Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
- The E-Coupon is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
- If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to refuse service, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
- This health check-up package can be ordered until January 31, 2026.
Note:
- In case customers request cancellation of the order without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
