Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
- The E-Coupon is valid until 30 April 2027.
- If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
- This health check package can be ordered until 31 December 2026.

- In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
- The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
