- If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to refuse service, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.

- In case customers request cancellation of the order after the Shopee Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
