Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
- The E-Coupon is valid until January 31, 2026.
- If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
- This health check package can be ordered until January 31, 2026.
Note:
- In case customers request cancellation of the order without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
