Collaborating with 6 leading insurance companies on the Pre-Authorization project through the My B+ application, which meets the insured patients’ need to manage their data independently for treatment management and allows them to share treatment information for faster decision-making regarding treatment plans.
At the event, Dr. Methinee Mahaeng, the Chairman of Executive Management Group 1 and the Director of Bangkok Hospital, spoke about strategic hospital management for sustainable growth, and Dr. Avasin Puvatanasaran, the Deputy Director of Bangkok Hospital, explained the Customer Journey towards becoming a Smart Hospital that meets treatment needs anytime, anywhere, and the Pre-Authorization Project
