Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS) wishes to inform the public that we have recently become aware of fraudulent activities conducted by groups operating under the names “BDMS Hospital, Trading Market BDMS, BDMS Trade กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ, Bangkok BDMS and BDMS เทรดหุ้นมือใหม่” These entities are engaging in deceptive practices by falsely representing themselves and inviting individuals to invest in and purchase stocks, misleadingly implying an affiliation with BDMS.
We hereby clarify that BDMS has no connection, involvement, or association with these fraudulent groups or the claims they are propagating. The aforementioned pages- “BDMS Hospital, Trading Market BDMS, BDMS Trade กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ, Bangkok BDMS and BDMS เทรดหุ้นมือใหม่” -are not affiliated in any way with BDMS.
Please be advised that such actions constitute a violation of the law. BDMS has taken the necessary legal measures to safeguard the company’s rights and reputation, including filing formal complaints and pursuing both civil and criminal cases against those responsible for these illicit activities.
