Bangkok Hospital Group, under Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), has officially launched the third edition of Run With The Flow 2026 by Bangkok Hospital under the theme “Empower You, Empower The Flow.” The annual charity running series reinforces the hospital’s commitment to Preventive Healthcare, encouraging people to adopt healthier lifestyles through exercise and sports medicine.
The 2026 campaign officially kicked off with Fit to Play Simulation, a new fitness challenge that combines running with functional fitness exercises to assess participants’ overall physical readiness. The event was held from 3–5 July 2026 at Bangkok Hospital Headquarters, welcoming healthcare professionals, runners, influencers, and the general public.
Designed by sports medicine specialists, the simulation features five challenge stations—SkiErg, Rowing, Sled Push, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Ball—to evaluate muscular strength, endurance, agility, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and recovery capacity. The program incorporates evidence-based sports medicine, functional training, and interval training principles to help participants understand their fitness level, reduce injury risks, and train more safely and effectively.
Throughout the event, sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, and sports scientists from the Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) worked alongside the STAGE Find The Real U team to provide professional supervision and personalized guidance, ensuring safe participation and accurate fitness assessment.
“Fit to Play Simulation is more than a fitness challenge—it is an opportunity for people to understand their physical readiness before participating in Run With The Flow 2026,” said Mr. Ratapong Ambhanwong, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Group 1, and Director of Bangkok International Hospital. “By empowering individuals to take charge of their health, we hope to inspire healthier families, stronger communities, and a more sustainable culture of wellness.”
Dr.Pramote Nilprem, Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Group 4 said “The 2026 Run With The Flow charity race series will take place in three destinations across Thailand, welcoming runners of all levels. This year’s event introduces two new race categories—3 km and 21 km (Half Marathon)—alongside health promotion activities, including health screening, sports medicine consultations, and post-race recovery services.”
