A big thank you to the 100+ participants who joined us on May 6th for an engaging and impactful event on earthquake safety!
Attendees gained valuable insights from the Consulting Engineers Association of Thailand on how earthquakes affect buildings and how to stay safe both at home and at work. Bangkok Hospital shared our emergency response protocols and preparedness strategies. We also addressed common post-earthquake symptoms such as Post-Earthquake Dizziness (PEDs) and possible injuries during evacuation. Expert talk also extended to the psychological effects of disasters during our “Fight or Flight – Mental Health Matters” session.
Guests also enjoyed refreshing healthy drinks, delicious finger foods, and meaningful conversations during our networking session.
We hope this event helped raise awareness and equip participants with the knowledge to respond effectively in emergency situations and manage the aftermath of natural disasters like earthquakes.
Remember: Don’t Panic – DROP, COVER, HOLD ON!
Let’s continue spreading awareness and building resilience – because safety starts with knowledge.
Stay Safe. Stay Healthy.
