Better Club Membership

1. You can apply for Better Club membership by registering at https://www.bangkokhospital.com/auth/login and providing the required information, such as your name, surname, phone number, email, and date of birth.
2. By registering, members consent to the company collecting and using the information provided, including phone numbers and email addresses, for account access and verification.
3. The company does not allow duplicate registrations or multiple accounts per person and reserves the right to cancel accounts without prior notice.
4. Applicants may select and agree to the terms and choose their preferred service location under Bangkok Hospital Headquarters.
5. Benefits and privileges may vary or expire according to the specified terms and conditions.

B Point

1. B Points are available to users who register for Better Club, offering exclusive benefits for Bangkok Hospital members.
2. B Points can be earned through various activities such as registration, completing your profile, reading health articles, participating in quizzes, and daily check-ins.
3. Points from registration and profile completion are awarded once only.
4. Points from other activities are granted according to the company’s specified conditions and timeframes.
5. B Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
6. B Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned.

B Point Redemption to Coupons

1. Members can redeem B Points for coupons in the “All Rewards” section, based on the required number of points for each reward.
2. Once a redemption is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
3. Redeemed coupons will appear in the “My Rewards” section along with a coupon code for use online.
4. Coupons are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
5. Each coupon can be used once within the validity period stated in its terms and conditions.
   
6. The company reserves the right to modify benefits, terms, or cancel the program without prior notice.
7. The company reserves the right to review or revoke privileges in cases of suspected misuse or violation of terms.
8. Coupon distribution and benefits are subject to the specified terms and conditions.
