Bangkok Heart Hospital and Bangkok International Hospital in partnership with Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, hosted the “Strong Heart, Smart Brain” seminar at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. This event aimed to raise awareness about preventing coronary artery disease and stroke and featured leading cardiology and neurology experts.
Dr. Weerasak Pongpattanapan, Director of Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, opened the seminar, welcoming participants to an insightful program. Keynote speaker Dr. Kriengkrai Hengrussamee, Director of Bangkok Heart Hospital and an interventional cardiology specialist, presented “Technology for Treating Heart Disease: Know the Risks, Act Early,” discussing innovations in cardiovascular treatment and prevention.
Also featured were presentations from Dr. Chotipat Danchaivijitr, Director of the Neurology Centre of Excellence at Bangkok International Hospital, on “The Silent Threats to Brain Health,” and Dr. Pawin Sirisaengchaikul, Cardiologist at Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, who spoke on “Acute Ischaemic Heart Disease: Act Before It’s Too Late.”
Attendees also received complimentary services, including body composition analysis, blood pressure checks, and basic health consultations, with the goal of encouraging proactive heart and brain health.
