Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
- The E-Coupon is valid until 31 January 2026.
- If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
- This health check package can be ordered until 31 January 2026.
Note:
- In case customers request cancellation of the order without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
- The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
- After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
