Laparoscopic TL Package

The package price includes :

• Doctors fee for obstetrician, operation assistant doctors and anesthetist.
• Nursing fee for operation assistants and nurses.
• Operation room and convalescent room.
• Equipment and medical supplies used for the Laparoscopic TL.
• Anesthetic, gas and medicines.
• Room, meals, nursing and room services for inpatient staying 24 hours in the hospital.
• Necessary laboratory examination for operation such as CBC, HIV.

The package price excludes :

• Procedure expenses additionally incurred will be calculated according to the actual cost with a 15% discount.
• Expenses of outpatient incurred prior to the operation process.
• Other expenses such as X-ray, laboratory, biopsy and medicines, which are not related to the Laparoscopic TL.
• Medicines and medical supplies provided for the patient.
• In case that the patient would like to extend the stay at the hospital a 15% discount for room and medicines is granted by the hospital.
• Remainder of room costs from the package.
• Room private expenses such as beverages, telephone and meals of relatives will be normally calculated.
• The following complications cannot be included in the package program:
  • Chronically inborn diseases such as heart disease, lung disease, uncontrollable diabetes, HIV infection.
  • Blood disease.
  • Reproductive cancer.
• The standard procedure takes 1 hour.
• If the procedure is more than 1 hour additional expenses will be charged.

Remark :

• This package shall be paid only by cash or by the domestic insurance companies.
• Bangkok Hospital reserves the right to change the price of package program without prior notice.
• This price is available - December 31, 2007.
