Q: What brand of Laser machine is used at the Bangkok Hospital Dental Center?

A: We are use the “Laser Smile” by Biolase from the United States.

Q: What dental treatment needs to be done before the Laser Tooth Whitening?

A: A full mouth examination for dental caries (tooth decay) that must be treated before the Laser procedure, and a full mouth tooth cleaning at least a day, but not more than 2-3 months prior to the Laser procedure.

Q: How long will it take to do the Laser Tooth Whitening?

A: It will take only 1–1.5 hours for the entire procedure.

Q: Will it be painful?

A: Some people may experience tooth sensitivity during and after the procedure which can be reduced by a mild analgesic. The symptoms usually disappear in 24 hours.

Q: I have a crown on my front tooth. Is it going to be a problem to have Laser Tooth Whitening?

A: After the Laser treatment, natural tooth color will be lighter, but the color of the crown will stay the same.
