- Peritoneal Dialysis Program. Patients in need of peritoneal dialysis, a

- Plasmapheresis. This is a process where plasma is removed from a
patient’s blood and either treated or replaced. It is used for patients
suffering from certain types of blood or autoimmune diseases.
- Hemoperfusion. In hemoperfusion, a patient’s blood is passed over an
absorbent surface that removes certain types of chemicals and poisons. It is
used for patients suffering from an overdose of medicine or chemical
poisoning.
