ONE-STOP CHECK UP SERVICE AT THE BANGKOK HEALTH PROMOTION CENTER
Annual medical check-ups are essential for ensuring your good health, as they
enable you to maintain your health and detect problems much earlier in their
development. At Bangkok Hospital, we aim to be your trusted partner towards
achieving a fuller and healthier life.
With our highly trained and experienced physicians, assisted by advanced medical
technology, we are able to accurately monitor your health and offer advice on
staying strong, active, and free of illnesses.
Bangkok Hospital has compiled several check up programs, all tailor-made for
different age groups and genders. However, all of our programs can be adjusted
to suit your individual needs.
Bangkok Hospital also offers a wide range of specific check up programs for
certification purposes. These include:
- Driver’s license
- Health insurance
- Work permits and visa applications
- PADI – Diver’s license
- Off-shore employee health screening
- Cabin crew and airline pilot health certification
The International Medical Center is officially authorized to execute
international medical certificates. If you need a specific medical certificate,
please inform our staff beforehand and we will arrange the right program for
you.
We also have a team of physicians specialized in aviation medicine for
certifying airline crews. For any related check ups and screening programs,
please contact the Head of the Department for Aviation Medicine, Dr. Sutuspun
Kajornboon.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please DO NOT consume any food or drinks (including water) 6 – 8 hours before
the check up.
- Bangkok Hospital reserves the right to change program prices without prior
notice.
- For women: during menstruation, urine tests cannot be executed.
What to expect during your visit?
- First we will ask you to fill out a form regarding lifestyle, medical
history, and family history
- A nurse or doctor will help you choose a suitable check up program
- Your weight, height and eyesight are checked
- Your blood is then taken and sent to the laboratory
- You will change your clothes and keep your belongings in a private locker
- Our nurses will then guide you through the program until all tests are done
- After changing back into your clothes, you will receive a coupon for a snack
in our coffee corner
- Upon completion, you will receive the results from your physician and have
the opportunity to ask any questions you may have
All results are printed in a booklet in English language. You can keep this with
you and bring it on your next doctor's visit or check up. If you need any
specific doctor's statement, such as a medical certificate, please inform the
medical staff.
The Bangkok Health Promotion Center is open every day from 08.00 - 16.00.
Appointments are not necessary but recommended.
