Invasive Procedures

Cardiac Catheterization is procedures where by tiny polyethylene tubes known as catheters are inserted into the aorta to research the arteries that supply the heart. A Small amount of contrast meterial (dye) is then injected that flows along with blood into these arteries and delineate and narrowing on obstructions if any in them, making it possible to more appropriately decide on the type of treatment that suits on individual patient and risks involved.
